United Methodist Men
The United Methodist Men of this congregation meet monthly, the first Monday of each Month at 6 pm in the Todd House (on the corner of Wapping and Washington).  We start with a meal and a challenging and interesting program follows that time of food and fellowship.  Along with our normal meetings we frequently go to conferences and events that uplift and encourage Christian men, and every year we attend the Fall Retreat put on by the Kentucky Conference.  Ron Alvis is the President of the Methodist Men, and he would love to get you involved.  Please call the Church office to contact Ron (502-227-7430). 
 
United Methodist Women
Our church has six United Methodist Women circles that meet at varying times throughout the month.  They not only seek to help each other grow spiritually, but also value the mission God has given our church to reach out to God's people around the globe through funds for mission work, projects in conjunction with the state and global UMC, and many local projects.  Jean Farrisee is the President of the United Methodist Women in our church, and she would love to have you involved in the work of the UMW.  Call the church office (502-227-7430) to contact Jean, and please take note of the following circles that are currently meeting:

-Faith Circle: Meets the Fourth Monday at 10 am in the Wood Parlor of the Todd House.
-Variety Circle: Meets on the Third Tuesday of each month in the Wood Parlor of the Todd House at 7 pm.
-Wesleyan Guild: Meets the fourth Tuesday at 11:30 am with a potluck lunch in the Wood Parlor of the Todd House.
-Family Circle: Calls their meetings on a regular basis.  Watch the bulletin, newsletter, and calendar for times and places of their meetings.
-Triangle Circle: Has adopted the church nursery as a mission project.  They will meet as needed to fulfill this commitment, so again, watch for meeting times.
-Hope Circle: Meets monthly at a Circle member's home.  Please contact Meredith Goins for more information.
