First Needles

 

 

In January 2005, 'Knitting for Missions' was a six week study group in the "Wonderful Wednesday" program at First United Methodist Church.  The enthusiasm of the members was so great, that they decided to continue to meet after the six weeks had ended.  The group of knitters and crocheters became known as, "First Needles".  Members include experienced and new knitters and crocheters from Church members and others in the community.
